I think there should be a different route with fairies if you get back to them without killing any human/destroy things. imo it would be amazing to have fairy route and succubus rout (maybe side with fairies to beat succubus and and make her vomit out soirit of the forest idk). fairy one even allowing to spare Melanie even though main point was to get revenge on her and succubus one being more like original. also after playing pre remake version I was confused about final boss. 1) if she knew size absorbtion magic all along why she ever needed growth serum? 2) if she has illnes that makes her shrink all the time why can't we just wait till she just shrinks back to small?
also since in remake book is made from succubus power it'll be weirdif succubus can't resist it, so I believe battle against her would need different solution or at least explanaton why succubus can't just take away Isabelle's height again
now for my personal little "ew" I think you overuse AI if it makes sense. In prologue part Isabelle's clothes randomly change for one moment and then goes back. I think it's better for game to have less images of characters but for those little few to stay same drawn. character having same looking clothes for me is more important than them moving their hand up tp their chin or tunr a bit to other side. Also Melanie's "walking" varient having shoulder lenght hair while her "talking" varient has long hait confuses me alot.
now a mini bug report i guess. for some reason after revisiting fairies succubus didn't disappear when I played wich just locked me in place since she blocked only way out. maybe it's just an issue of rpg maker or whatever game is made onm I'm not good at this
I finally completed Growing Vengeance 0.7, I am writing to give a small guide about endings to those who are having a hard time.
All the main endings and forks are on the Path of Evil (I did not complete the Good Ending because of this and do not know how to get to it).
The most important thing is to complete the entire game. on this path you need to do several actions
1. Kill everyone in the first village and city all the choices should be aimed at absorbing the essence even if you are offered something refuse and take the essence
2. On the way to the city after the village and mountains you should have 450cm +-
3. You should talk to Lucille reach the exit from the city tell her that you have things to do and leave
4. After you should return to the village and there will start a cutscene if it does not start reach 600 cm and return again
5. Then visit the village of fairies and destroy it you should have 700-800cm for the cutscene and the fight with the fairies to start
6. After that go to another continent and there you can immediately destroy the 2nd city
7. After as in the standard route go to the dungeon and Gustav
8. From this point on it's time for you to remember about the ability to save because you will need a lot saves
9. Before entering Fulvemberg, save and gain 2000cm so that after the fight with Lilith you will have a cutscene where Issabella will completely absorb her
10. Rejoice, after the cutscene you will have a bunch of choices that affect the endings and here you will just need a lot of saves.
I hope I didn't make any mistakes when I described all this
I dont understand how to beat Gustav... are you supposed to grind stats before getting captured by him and Lillith? Fighting that fight for over 2 hours and can never win...
What should I do with Gustav?He heals too much once I finish the Mana for Lucile and Melanie, even when continuously draining his essence with Isabelle
In bossfights using drain essence isn't always the best choice. Using magic or a good old double-attack works better! It is possible to win every single fight with essence drain, but you've got to grind a lot of levels even when you've reached max height to spec into her defense (and essence drain levels each time you grow, even if your maximum height is reached). I played it that way and it was really fun.
So is there a way to dump large amounts of height so I can go back and actually fight some of the things that I quickly grew to instant crush height before even getting to the location, is there anything tied to the statue in the basement tunnel or is it simply fluff text, And is there a way to actually get a pass for the city or am I forced to fight the gate guards?
There's two side quests that get you the pass. One is a "Collection" thing from the male hero and the other is with the purple haired girl. Unfortunately, there's no way to "lose height".
Growing too fast can cut some side quests and such out.
Amazing game! Just finished it and starting a 2nd playthrough to get the corruption ending. Amazing power-hungry women who want nothing more than to grow. I definitely recommend this game if you're a growth-lover like me.
I really hope you will consider making a new game that's focused on growth like this. And if you do, please add more destruction scene's like when she goes into the city at a great size. It makes it very scenic and alive!
Is it possible to interact with the golden statue you find after the rat-basement in some way? And did someone make a guide for important interactions/endings?
