A remake from my original Growing Vengeance game. Experience new scenes, new sprites, new pictures and a slightly altered story. 

If you haven't played the original, the story follows Isabelle after she is shrunk on a cruise by her "friend" Melanie. Confused, scared and angry, Isabelle looks to confront Melanie about it and get back her size, by any means necessary!

Yo how do I find Anima after defeating that succubi made by gustav...the crack on that snow map is very big due to which i can not get to the other side of it

Head back towards the Forest area. Anima should be there :)

Umm sorry to ask but which forest area are you talking about...I basically searched everywhere from the beach upto the snow map but still couldn't find her.  A specific ans would help!

Rechecked...couldn't find her...maybe there is a bug?

the Forest area where the Fairy village is. 
When you hit a large enough size, the map will change (it will be more “zoomed” out), you should be able to navigate back and see her standing there. 

Currently after battling gustav and lilith I am  644cm tall and I am playing the game using joiplay so I can't really zoom out the map.

Do I need to get bigger or is there an another way cuz I don't really have an option of zooming out in joiplay.

yes, you need to reach around 800cm 

So, um, is it intended that the price here is higher than the Patreon? Or that there is a price at all?

this is a once off. Once purchased you will get access to all future versions.

I think after the scene at the castle that got destroyed. It is the scene where, after defeating the fairies, you can choose to absorb or spare them. I spared them.

there might be a little bit of BE here and there. Maybe a little fmg. But mostly GTS. Growing rivalry has all the growth types in it if your looking for the expansion parts :D

Hey I noticed a bug which hardlocks my game. For some reason in the hospital after getting the keycard and going to the room, the king's sprite is blocking the door and stops the cutscene from playing out, making the game unplayable past that point.

Compared to the demo, how much content is in the most recent public release (v0.3)?
Also when do you plan on replacing the AI images? they're not doing you much of a service for an otherwise very well built and ambitious project.

in comparison to the demo, you look at another 3 areas, cutscenes, and story. Probably about an hour or two of gameplay depending on play speed? 

At this stage probably never, artists are very expensive and most won’t do anything if it’s nsfw. Sorry you aren’t a fan of it, I try to make it as consistent as possible and edit where I can, but I have the artistic skills of a potato honestly.

It's not a matter of being a fan of it. it's the moral issues of using AI in the way that it is currently implemented. you are charging people for images that only exist because of other people's hard work and those artists get nothing for it. If you were only using patreon as a means of working your development, that is one thing. but once you're charging people to purchase the game itself, you're running into a not so good area. I can't speak for everyone, I know there are a lot of people who don't care in the end. but there are just as many, if not more people who would rather see that "potato" skill used, rather than art theft. I highly doubt you're as poor an artist as you think you are. You have a great vision here, and clearly know how to approach making this game itself. But the AI is going to hold you back. Hell, even if you redrew the images yourself using these AI generations as a guide would be far better. Because then at least you're producing something by your own hand, even if you had help generating the ideas. 

To assert my point. I recommend you look at the game "Soulstream Expansive"  that is also available on this site. It is a fantastic little size/expansion adventure that a guy has been making, and He isn't some master artist either, but they have a passion and it shows in the end product. If you have the passion, then you can take it to the next level. Don't sell yourself short and just settle for AI because it's easy.  Anything you make is automatically better than AI because you can stand proud and say that it is YOURS. Not to mention right now, people using AI on games is not uncommon sadly. so you're just letting yourself fall into the slurry of all those other people taking the easy way out, and in the end the game's images just end up looking the same, and you don't stand out.

Hell, as an artist myself, I would love to even help where I could if it meant you bettering yourself in such a way. Even if it's just to provide input to get yourself going on making some real art.

That's fair enough. My own confidence in art was kind of shattered when I get told on one of my other games that my art style is kind of crappy. and well, that kind of sucked, won't lie. 
I don't mind drawing the images myself, but it's something I currently don't have the time for. Down the track, I may add my own versions of art, and maybe add a toggle or something for those who want different styles, but at this stage, not yet. 

But I appreciate the feedback. I do plan on drawing more myself when I get more time.

Trust me, I get it. especially when learning it is very easy to get discouraged when people are jerks. Like I said, whatever art you make is automatically better than any AI, but I don't blame you for needing placeholder images and you want them to be somewhat consistent in the meantime. If you want any help, I'd be more than willing to discuss further.

I have one other project I’m working on as well. So usually Patreon will get a new version every second month. When the next version comes out, I’ll post the previous one on here. 

In fact, 0.3 will come on here very soon (hopefully by end of week) and no, once you pay once, you’ll get all future updates.

it will be longer. The main story is padded out a bit better this time and some side stories will influence it too. So depending on what you did and how you did it, it can affect how certain scenes play out towards the end.

The only way would be using JoiPlay on android. Although I can’t guarantee it will work properly. Rpg maker is mostly optimised for PC’s so it might not work as well.

And potentially a couple of side quests that could influence it as well.

I know I am going to enjoy the remake just as much as the original, maybe even better; can't wait to start playing it!

Update: playing around with all the different sound effects you can customize with in the menu is so funny 😂

You can play the original as well. Although the story is similar, there will be a lot of differences to this one. 

The story is being revamped (since I actually had time to sit and think about it this time....) and there will be new characters and the way events happen won't be like the original.

The updates will happen through patreon. The paid version will just come out in one go when it's done (and bug-free :P)

To post on Steam, you need to outlay at least 100 USD to actually get it posted. 

If there is enough interest I might look into it, but for the time being its probably not going to happen.

well... sort of yes, sort of no. there will be different endings based on how you acted and what you did. 

so there will be a more peaceful ending and a more "control the world" ending. and maybe a couple of others.

Do you have an ETA for when the game will be completed?  I ask because your patreon has it as '0.10', and '0.20'.  Does that mean it's 20% done?  I'm not trying to rush you, I'm just curious.

Honestly no. It'll be finished when I think it's feature complete. Although it says 0.2, it's more to indicate its the second update, rather than it's 20% done. It may go past 1.0 depending on how long each bit takes and whether it needs a single update or multiple.

the game is good, but i have a bug (i think), i use the save of the game (the version of 3 days ago), into the new version but Isabelle is in his small form (0 cm) but in the last version i had her at 210 cm.

that’s my mistake. I should have mentioned a new file was required as it uses different variables for initialisation….

I reset my save but it works fine if you kill other people in the village before you try to get into the inn to kill her

Yeah. mostly cause there aren't sprites developed for those sizes (that and a few other things will be changed to make the size feel more enjoyable.

Nice start, Isabelle seems like less of a douche in this version, but I have a few glaring issues. First, there is nothing telling you that the village is available after meeting the succubus, and that is the only place where you can get healing since the fairy village is blocked off. Two, loading an autosave during the scene where Melanie visits the village really messes with the cutscene and prevents the player from being able to leave the village afterward. Third, Essence Drain doesn't seem to work properly if you kill something with it.

yeah I tried a bit harder to make her a bit more normal to begin with. 

Ah, I’ll make sure to add something in the text to let people know they can head there. May also add in a way to heal, for a pride with Anima. 

Yeah, I should disable that autosave…. Since it requires the character to be in a particular place. 

It’s weird. Before I swapped to side view, it worked with no issue. So I’m going to have to figure a work around for it. I have a feeling it’s visustella’s battle plug-in that is causing the issue. 

Found another bug where killing the witch in the inn causes a duplicate of the inkeeper to block the way out. Also. the fact that the weakest enemies spawn the furthest from the village is also a bit counter-intuitive.

Hmm, that does make sense. I'll rejig the enemies around to make the easier ones spawn near where you start...

The weakest enemies are near where you start, I was suggesting that the weakest enemies should be near where the succubus resides instead.
