Is something wrong with the enemy stats in the latest version of the patreon release compared to the latest version of itch or is something wrong with my download?
Every enemy has literally 3-5x as much health AND damage on the latest 9.06 release compared to the itch.io version making the game absolutely brutal to the point you have to grind for absurd amounts of time or get very lucky with starter card pulls.
The shortest enemies you'd normally find on day 1 would have ~65 hp and often do 4-8 damage or per turn, here they casually stroll around with 250-350 hp and can hit for 20, having the player base health increased from 50 to 80 does not help enough.
I beat the game as far as possible a few times on the itch. version on normal mode and had a good time but this is too way much to be enjoyable.
Edit: I am almost nearly certain there is currently no difference between patreon release normal and easy difficulty
So I saw in another comment that to make an alliance with someone you need to talk to them each time slot for several days and give the answer they like best. My question is what answer does Luna like best? I'm trying to get her as my ally, but based on her responses to all three answer options, I can't tell which one is supposed to be the best one. Would anyone mind providing the solution, please?
Also, am I just dumb and misunderstanding how the assassin in the black market works? Because based on her dialogue, it sounds like if she actually defeats whoever you sent her against, you're supposed to get a portion of the height from that, but when I tried the feature out (and granted I've only done it the once), I was the same height as when the night ended, even though the assassin succeeded. So was that a glitch, or am I just completely misunderstanding how that feature is supposed to work?

I picked up the book and got the backstory and all. (Which was cool.) Yet she gave me a card "The First Giantess". I cant find the card or use it in any way? Is it a Bug or do I have to unlock it somehow different? Btw Love the Game

I don't know if the author has found that the simple mode selected by 0.9.4 and 0.9.5 versions is much more difficult than that of 0.8.6 version. I hope the next update version can solve this problem, and when will the next new version be updated?
You have to talk to them and give them the answer they like the best like 5 or 6 times. You can talk to them once per time slot so if you focus on it you chould be able to get one halfway through the second day.

There's a black market merchant that sells 2 cards that allow you to gain 100 height in a single match when both used. You can find that merchant at the arena inside at night time. That's the easy method. There are other cards cards that allow you to gain height within a match. It's up to you to find them.
The black market merchant also sells an HP booster which gives you max hp at the end of each day, but there are some brutal boss fights that will require you to gain way more hp than the booster can give reasonably quickly however. Thoroughly explore the casino in order to get the other hp source that isn't locked behind a boss fight that makes final boss Valeria look like a chump.
Can you please give me a tip when it appears or what signs i schould look out for ( and if you are feel generous you could also say what time of day it appears )
So huh i'm curious about it but is there a way to get more cards from the cult island or do you get all the cult island cards by beating cult followers until you get bored of them?
Because i'd love to buy them instead of gambling for them
I updated from my last save (7.9 vers) and when Im trying to fight game gives me the error: TypeError Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length') also when I start its say Failed to load Default.png
On arena inside at night time there's a black market NPC vendor that sells 1 each of a few different things. 2 of them are what you desire and there's a 3rd item that's also very useful must buy.
Coven requires buying Deck points from the shop keeper until she gets punished succubus and dark fairy's require completing events after buying their "rumor" from the casino side room bunny

Hmm, that's odd. It should show up as a card you can use...
You need to beat the cultist boss to get the card that "Creates Devorah" in your Deck.

For now its just Cultist farming im afraid. But I will eventually add more of those cards and different ways to get them
