From 8.6 until version 10, there's just so many changes :P
Honestly, its basically like a new game at this point. With some QOL fixes, probably more bugs and more cards.
Very confused about the balance changes made.
First off, something has gone haywire with participant fights, they're getting to 1kcm very quickly. (no wager mode even)
Second, I've noticed several extremely player hostile design choices like primed explosives even existing (possibly one of the most stupid cards to face), thunder hammer just one-shotting you because you can't get hp that fast, and new and exciting ways to win a battle but be down 100+cm after decimating the opponent.
Honestly haven't gotten much farther than that because it's just not fun anymore, but I just can't understand the design choices that led to this in the slightest. Feels like you're pigeonholing us into specific builds while simultaneously saying we just shouldn't fight the participants at all until we get succubus cards.
....Or maybe... just maybe... the game is supposed to be difficult and you have to test, mix, and match, to succeed. just like before... the game was WAY too easy before.
Ah yes, what deep insight, I should just be better and not get one-shotted on the first turn. No, I could just go use the meta tactics for getting 10k+ size immediately I came up with a long time ago, but that's boring.
I was going through the game with only a little bit of optimizing, not to mention getting more size isn't going to help the one-shot issue, but I wanted to see what a relatively fresh player would experience. It's horrible. You're forced to use exile cards if they happen to have primed explosives and can't use decks that retrieve from exile (at least I assume, card doesn't even say anything on it), it just so happens that fairy decks HATE having any other card types, they all draw fairies and rely on fairy cards for effects meaning other types cripple your ability to do fairy stuff.
There's also the dominant force shenanigans where they instantly delete 50 or so of your height at will, making your fight completely pointless in short order. Oh and poison too which is less effective and for some reason also does no damage unlike what the tooltip says.
Really, I just want to know what happened, sure the game was easy before but now it's just not fun, I'm going to be forced to rng my way to buying hp or just waiting for hp to build up while just sitting around doing side-quests and twiddling my thumbs after getting my height farming finished. Honestly not convinced you read my original comment fully, but at least it's an excuse to expand on my previous points.
Balance is and always was a nightmare :/
I prefer games harder myself, and found the game originally to be too easy when i playtested it.
So I tweaked things here and there and probably overcompensated.
When I do come back to this (Eventuallllly) I'll do some additional re-balancing on damage + hp pools to hopefully make it manageable without having to dump a bunch of height into cards from the get go.
someone knows where to get "A.E.R.A" card? (Cant seem to get it dropped from the machine deck in the shop, or i am just extremly unlucky...)
its kinda weird that at day 2 "morning" a girl is already over 1000cm with 16 victories (easy mode), the other girls are also mostly much taller ~ 500cm.
it is in the machine deck. It took me like 20 packs to get, but I'd say it was around 15. I'm guessing it's just a hard card to get since it's a Legend rarity.
Couple of hours into the new update.
New fairy cards have a myriad issues -Fairy frontliner doesn't count any cards - for example. Fairy Goddess(+2 effect, lose 30 height, remove)6 mana vs Lake Guardian(+2 effect, Draw 2, remove) 7 mana
Card syntax is all over the place. '5 damage to self' and 'take 5 damage' - further challenging understanding of what a card does
Card effects or deck effects - like GRAVEBORN or WITHDRAW aren't explained - and with the system as it is - zero incentive to try - Further, card effects like how many of X card have been played or how many of X type are hidden till you have a card that shows those.
Sticky UI issues - battle screen Discard popping up if you end your turn too fast. Likely the fancy animation swiping over the button - thinking I'm clicking on discard pile.
With the cards having changed so much is hard to keep track. It feels almost cumbersome and punishing trying for new cards or packs to then not have any of them work or not work how they had previous. As this is a precursor to any of the possible gooning of the game it leaves a bad taste, which previously was already fairly slow.
Still excited to see where this goes, but gonna wait for the next update, sadly.

I think we could add some acquisition suggestions or character names to the CGs section of the CG Gallery, otherwise we won't know who the rest are.
The characters given in the Bunny Girl waitress missions generally cannot use the Goddess to increase height. Is it possible to add new character items for the Goddess or add other methods to grant height
PLaying on latest version (v10) after a breake and i don understand how to make alliance with girls. I talk to them multiple times, fight against them and when talk, but seems nothing changes
I forget exactly which patch but the alliance system was removed if I remember correctly.
There are several characters I have done all of the cg's for yet the cg list doesn't reflect that they are even unlocked. Do I need to unlick EVERY cg for that character to get the whole list of those cg's or is it a bug? Latest version is what I'm playing.
I think some of the cards in this version might be bugged, honestly trying a few out I can't tell if they are or just not great cards. lol after playing for a day I put together a deck that ramps up growth thanks to Trading Post's specific function of removing and adding.
I think the biggest thing the game needs is some sort of wiki or something to look up all the abilities at least if not all the cards. There's a bunch of cards I have no idea because I got bored with trying to make a deck just to try out the handful of cards and trying to get it small enough to actually see it but large enough to not just die.
Related to that, does the demo version only have 3 levels for player character art? (v8.6) I got up to like 4k day 1 with a legit straight up roulette win (I then later tried save scumming to peek at more cards :p) and got a new art, but now at 90k it's still the same.
While there is indeed quite a number of CG arts for the MCs atleast a dozen or so... Thing is when you get all the height in one battle or in case one action it will cause you to skip over stages. At 4K plus you are at the final appearance already. You'd have to try out various heights in the first 2-3k range in order to unlock most of the portraits.
poker face graveborn doesn't do anything, the card is completely useless. it never does any damage
Question about card behavior: The Galactic Size Mage card, it steals height, but what does it/you do with that stolen value? the card just keeps counting up, but there is no clear effect it has.
Is there supposed to be a point where the vore cultist disappears? Her height is negative and her sprite is upside down after I've beaten her so many times
Victoria isn't the boss. Valeria is.
Once she actually leaves (it'll happen at night if she's too small). Then you need to hit 10k height and you will win (or whoever hits that amount first will win instead)
From what I recall the critical point for Valeria to admit defeat was that her height had to be somewhere under 200 or lower. Basically she won't admit defeat till after you knock her under 6 feet tall.
You plan to do it on Android
Unfortunately no. I've tried it on Android and it breaks alot of the scripts almost immediately. If i can in future, I will. For now, I would advise using Joiplay instead.

Hey, I'd rather you don't. But it's breaking because the images you are adding aren't the same format as the decryption files made by RPG Maker. so it can't read the files properly.
While the game has been moderately fun, the balance (as of version 8.6) could use a serious rework. I'm really only able to get very far using Demon, Gladiator or very well-tailored Zombie or Fairy decks.
The other decks are unlocked too late into the game (especially with wagers enabled) to experiment with. Personally, at some point it would be nice to have at least some sandbox to experiment with deck-building, and to re-balance HP gain for all the gals at the much higher heights. It is almost ridiculous how much time some of these later battles take. Sometimes they can take literal hours. What decks are unlocked naturally by interacting with some gals, it is harder to unlock some of the other ones. One way I noticed was to have an ally as soon as possible who is always bigger than you, and to constantly roll the "Beg for Cards" option until you get cards from one of these more elusive decks.
I am debating how much time I've spent on this game and why after almost a year and a half the balance has not been updated for players who do not support on Patreon. I think we're a little overdue for an update.
However, reading one of the free posts on the Patreon suggests that this upcoming version will be the final version. I would hope that with this final release there would be some rewards for players who are able to finish the story at least once, or at the very least a sandbox to experiment with deck-building, as previously mentioned.

Found this game. Gave it an attempt and dear god it's so buggy. Like, i've gotten over 10 crashes trying to finish ONE fight for some reason, i can't really enjoy anything when you get an error message FRAME ONE starting the game. The balance is also all over the place, there is a point where enemies heal for like 50+ health randomly because why not and gets to the point i can barely do anything. Hopefully things change a bit but it is frustrating
Want to write a review about 9.06. Everyone is cry about a new balance, claiming the enemies are now too powerful. Nah... I can easily increase my health as before, and with the help of demon castles, I can easily gain height. Enemies are still too weak, but the developer has strengthened them in another way. Some of them have a "Mark". This ability randomly kill the player regardless of how much health he have. And it's not even a boss ability. This completely kills the desire to “grow” your opponents because they can just beat you if they want, no matter how strong you are. (Please give another way to donate height instead of goddess) And the game is still full of bugs. For example, it is still impossible to fight the casino owner. The fight with her simply does not begin. And I still don't see any way to play anything other then a demons deck. Death pact can solve any problem. (with new balance, you will always have a minimum amount of HP.) Empty technical cards can be obtained for some reason, and there's more...
How do I trigger the ending of the girls' story? There are still a lot of things missing from my collection.

Are there any plans to bring the game to a playable version on Linux? I tried playing the game through WINE and got the below screenshot. Not sure how I can reconfigure WINE specifically for the game. Regardless, when I play it on my normal desktop on Windows it plays good. Just having issues with experimentation and time.

Is there a way to increase your HP or the damage of your cards? After the first week everyone was up to the hundreds in health while I was sitting at abt 150 and spending what felt like hours chipping away at their health bars despite being similar sized or even larger than them
Demon deck is great for doing big damage. Been a while since I played so I can't remember the name of it, but one of them can do 250 - 500 damage. And some scale with your missing health. So if you have a card that boost your health to 2000 and then use one that buffs your dmg for the cost of health you can do 1000+ dmg sometimes! Just get all the demon cards and mess with 'em a bit. They're crazy stronk.
fairy fire decks are reliable method for scaling damage. The defender of the cosmos pack happens to to have a couple cards that not only increase their damage but also keep their damage increase between matches so if you can make a good deck from that pack early you can keep up your match winning speed without things slowing to a total crawl.
While cards that permanently grow your max hp exist the the booster is locked behind an absolutely diabolical side boss that'll make the current you just outright despair. There's a couple more resources for increasing hp though. There's a black market vendor at night time arena inside with 3 extremely useful items. Also win some gambling matches at the casino in order to access the VIP lounge which has a means of quickly increasing max hp if you're willing to sacrifice height.

What is the card that all the "upgrade" cards are referring to in the Perfect Machinations packs (A.R.E.A)?? I haven't been able to find it for the life of me

Is something wrong with the enemy stats in the latest version of the patreon release compared to the latest version of itch or is something wrong with my download?
Every enemy has literally 3-5x as much health AND damage on the latest 9.06 release compared to the itch.io version making the game absolutely brutal to the point you have to grind for absurd amounts of time or get very lucky with starter card pulls.
The shortest enemies you'd normally find on day 1 would have ~65 hp and often do 4-8 damage or per turn, here they casually stroll around with 250-350 hp and can hit for 20, having the player base health increased from 50 to 80 does not help enough.
I beat the game as far as possible a few times on the itch. version on normal mode and had a good time but this is too way much to be enjoyable.
Edit: I am almost nearly certain there is currently no difference between patreon release normal and easy difficulty
I have 610 hp on day 3. Nothing has changed dramatically.
So I saw in another comment that to make an alliance with someone you need to talk to them each time slot for several days and give the answer they like best. My question is what answer does Luna like best? I'm trying to get her as my ally, but based on her responses to all three answer options, I can't tell which one is supposed to be the best one. Would anyone mind providing the solution, please?
Also, am I just dumb and misunderstanding how the assassin in the black market works? Because based on her dialogue, it sounds like if she actually defeats whoever you sent her against, you're supposed to get a portion of the height from that, but when I tried the feature out (and granted I've only done it the once), I was the same height as when the night ended, even though the assassin succeeded. So was that a glitch, or am I just completely misunderstanding how that feature is supposed to work?
